To know and be known. I believe that we as people and as Christ followers strive to make that sentence be true in all avenues of our lives. I am all about the relationships in our life. Those are what make us and have shaped me into who I am today. I am passionate about coming alongside hurting people, providing support, compassion, and care. Whether it is processing trauma, trying to figure out the craziness of life, or needing extra support through a difficult time, I am here to walk through that with others.

I work alongside clients using informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, informed Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Areas of Interest: Depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, guilt and shame, stress management, spirituality, men’s issues, and adjustment disorders. I work with males, ages 15-50.

Education & Experience: Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary, National Certified Counselor (NCC). I have experience working with individuals, groups, and families in different settings such as in-home and in-patient.
