I’m passionate about empowering and instilling hope in women who are suffering from the effects of stressful lifestyles. I’ve had the privilege of working at a mission hospital in Cameroon, Africa and it was there that I first experienced the miracle of physical healing through nutrition.  We truly are “fearfully and wonderfully made” (Psalm 139:14).  We are all created with innate intelligence and the ability to heal physically, emotionally, and spiritually.  I help women recognize how to access this healing through nutrition and lifestyle changes.

Bachelor of Arts in Nursing- Jamestown College.

Nutritional Therapy Practitioner- Nutritional Therapy Association.  

Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner.  

Additional training: DUTCH hormone testing, blood chemistry, HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis), and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)
