Join us for a NEW GROUP focused on hydration, gratitude, fuel, connection, breath, movement, nature, clarity, rest, vision, and spirituality. This is an eleven-month class that meets on the 4th Tuesday of each month from 5:30-6:30pm beginning January 24, 2023 through November 21, 2023.
Cost is $150* and includes all sessions plus materials.
