Join us for a NEW GROUP focused on hydration, gratitude, fuel, connection, breath, movement, nature, clarity, rest, vision, and spirituality. This is an eleven-month class that meets on the 4th Tuesday of each month from 5:30-6:30pm, beginning January 24, 2023 through November 21, 2023.
Cost is $150* and includes all sessions plus materials.

*Valley Christian Counseling Center was established in 1991 by Dr. David Todd and a group of local pastors as a non-profit ministry where hurting persons can receive skilled counseling that is in harmony with biblical Christianity.
