ABUSE RECOVERY
One in three girls and one in six boys will be victims of abuse. The resulting shame, fear, and anger are far reaching, soul damaging, and long lasting.  The Abuse Recovery Group is offered to women who have experienced any type of abuse in their past. The group’s atmosphere provides a unique setting among fellow travelers to speak truth.

SESSIONS WILL INCLUDE:
  Defining abuse
  Looking at symptoms that can mask abuse
  Examining the many emotional ramifications of abuse
  Studying personal relationship styles
  Discussing the role of forgiveness in recovery
  Discovering hope for change
